Jose Cuevas, an 8th Degree Blackbelt, Grandmaster, is teaching the important principles of Tai Shi and how to apply them to your everyday life. Tai Chi was created to promote health, longevity, balance, and a sense of overall well-being. Sessions are 15-weeks long and meet Friday afternoons. Tai Chi movements can be performed by anyone! One FREE class before you join!
