POUND Workout Class

Talbot County Community Center has teamed up with Fitness Rx to offer drop-in POUND classes. POUND is a workout to fuse cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout! The 45-minute POUND classes are offered Tuesdays at 6PM.

Fee: $5 per participants
Who: Ages 16+
Where: TCCC
Days: Tuesdays
Time: 6:00-7:00PM
